I'm sorry, but I stopped reporting stuff to ANet a long time ago when it became evident that their support department couldn't tell their arse from their elbow.
And what do they always end up telling you to do?
"Post it on a fansite™".

I've stopped playing GW today, it's got so awful.

The problem is that this is CLEARLY an issue on their end or possibly a backbone issue. But the tech people are just programmed to tell us to 'check our network settings, unplug your cable-modem for 30 seconds, etc'

And until we do these things 424 times, to their satisfaction, they aren't going to escalate the matter.

It just is so CLEARLY not an issue on the user side.

Beginning the weekend before the GWFC, people from Europe, East Coast USA, Midwest USA, and Canada began experiencing the same 60 second lag-spikes, with a 50-50 chance at Error=007. Often multiple alliance members get disconnected at the same time, even whole teams!

So unless everyone's network cards suddenly crapped out in the same way at the same time, it's an Anet issue.

I've had serious lag issues since last friday. Really, I've never had as many err 7 disconnects since starting this game over a year ago than I've had in the past week! It makes it fairly unplayable now. The best part is the predictability of it all. Sometimes I'll lag out right after logging in, sometimes after almost completing a mission, last 2 times it was while healing on the chaos planes, and right before I picked up my obsidian shard in fow.

My lag spikes last up to 60 sec or more.. the worst part is sometimes I can see everything happening in real time around me as the other players teamchat, cast spells and get killed, but I'm helpless to do anything. I can move/etc/send stuff to the server, but there's no response to my client so I'm never updated. Yet I still receive packets that update where my fellow players are and what they are doing.

Other times it just locks up and I can't move like the connection has just been completely lost.

In countless parties I've been in, lag has affected the warrior and caused them to aggro huge nearby mobs, usually resulting in complete party wipes as the rest of us start rubberbanding.

The saddest part is that I know its not my machine or my connection having dealt w/ both in the past and yet anet is saying nothing. I always test my net connection real fast in my browser when I start to lag to see if my router, modem or isp connectivity has gone down.

See Anet and such want to blame it on our connections - but the majority of us KNOW when its our connections and when its server side. THREE err7s today! And two of those that were less than 30mins apart

First it was lag to the point of 2min delayed messaging and then it all came up in a flash, then it booted me... I'm so sick of it >_<
